Have you been playing Concrete Genie? I’ve got lots of Concrete Genie goodness to share with you today, because the game is awesome and deserves to be on your radar😊 Yes, I went out and purchased some paint supplies to create the masterpiece in the background of this photo. Concrete Genie embraces creativity, and I’m hoping to capture the essence of that feeling within this shot; despite my subpar artistic abilities😜 Concrete Genie offers a strong and positive message about humanity, while also offering unique and creative gameplay; both of these aspects of work in tandem to create a memorable and charming adventure. Over my last few reviews, I’ve had numerous requests from people wanting video review versions; that time has come. I’ll be capturing the first ten minutes of gameplay, and discussing my review through these opening scenes. Have you played Tacoma? I've been meaning to post about my physical copy of Tacoma from @limitedrungames for a while now, so let's do it😊 Tacoma centers around the player exploring the titular abandoned space station. Your task is to retrieve the space station's AI, while also trying to find out what exactly happened here. Why did this space station become abandoned? Where did the crew go? And what role does the AI have in the situation? At its core Tacoma is a walking simulator. Utilising the AR technology aboard the space station, you can relive the events leading up to the space station becoming abandoned. I grew attached to the crew of Tacoma, as you hear about their personal lives, and their thoughts on the events taking place. The Tacoma space station is extremely tense, due to the absence of any other people on board. Tacoma was developed by Fullbright, the developers behind Gone Home. That same sense of fear amongst the absence of humanity in Gone Home, is ever present throughout Tacoma. [REPOST] #YourGamerPets I don't normally repost shots, but I thought seeing as The Witcher 3 is now on Switch, it was a perfect time to do so. I can't believe this shot was from a year and a half ago😳 The mission with this shot was set by @lukelikesgames who created #GoGoGameFace, which asked you to recreate a piece of gaming cover art. What games are you gaming this weekend? I noticed I haven't shown enough love to Bloodborne on my page, so I thought I'd dedicate today's post to some Bloodborne goodness. This weekend I'll be playing Cat Quest II, thanks to the folks @pqubegames and @gentlebrosgames. Cat Quest II doesn't actually launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch until October 24, so hopefully I'll have a review live before this date. If you've followed my Story posts, I also recently finished Concrete Genie. I spent most of today finalising the written review, and even created a video discussion about Concrete Genie. What is your PlayStation Trophy Level or Xbox Chievo Score? I'm currently sitting at Trophy Level 36, and I obtaindd Platinum Trophy 90 last night. Only 10 more Platinums until I crack the century😱 As I said last week, I was able to earn the Platinum Trophy for Uncharted 3, but I wanted to do a themed post to talk about it. What has surprised me during my Uncharted Platinum Trophy Challenge, is that the areas I thought would be tough, were actually pretty easy. While areas I assumed would be easy, actually gave me the most trouble🤷‍♂️ I definitely struggled during the ship section in Uncharted 3, and also the ship graveyard. Both areas have many up close and personal fights with minimal cover, and those battles are lethal on Crushing difficulty. Would you be interested in a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale 2? Which PlayStation characters would you like to see included in the roster? PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale was Sony's attempt at Nintendo's Smash Brothers formula. While it certainly wasn't on the same level as Smash Bros, it was a lot of fun. Seeing iconic characters like Ratchet & Clank, Nathan Drake, and even Parappa all interact, was a PlayStation fan's dream. I also thought the stages were brilliantly designed, with two franchises fused together to create crazy locations. From crossovers like God of War/Patapon, Uncharted/Bioshock, and Parappa/Killzone, the stages were all incredibly fun and unique. My main issue was the process of eliminating other combatants, which could only be done using your different Super Moves. While the idea of different Super Move Levels was interesting in a strategic way, it just didn't rival the fun and intensity of Smash Bros. If PlayStation ever decided to create a sequel for PlayStation All-Stars, I think a substantial revamp of the elimination system would be beneficial.
