Stop it, hooman!🐱 What has everyone been doing today? I had a lovely long walk with my Mrs this morning, and I've now I've been able to clock in a few more hours with Pokemon Shield. The more time I spend in the Galar region, the more I love it. Each city I've reached so far is visually unique, ranging from a vintage stone theme, to a rural fishing town. Better yet, each city has fantastic musical themes. I've already found myself humming a few as I walk around the house😂 Another major feature I love is the grand spectacle of Gym Battles. Pokemon Shield delivers the grand importance of each of these battles, as they occur in massive stadiums with cheering fans. It reminds me of how the anime depicts the important encounters at the Pokemon League. It is epic, it makes you battle feel special, and even the Dynamax element (despite its gimmicky nature) helps emphasise the importance of this bout. Welcome to the Galar region😎 What games are you gaming this weekend? Would you be interested in more Unchartedverse spin-offs like Uncharted Lost Legacy? I obtained the Uncharted Lost Legacy Platinum Trophy about two weeks ago, and I think this was the hardest one so far🏆 Only one more Uncharted Platinum left😎 While combat encounters are less than other entries in the series, each one is INCREDIBLY challenging. Lost Legacy loves to place you in combat without cover, and force you to avoid vehicles showering bullets in your direction. It makes for a more rewarding Platinum Trophy, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't raging constantly😂 As for my question, yes please! There are so many incredible characters in the Uncharted series, and any of them could easily lead a new spin-off adventure. They could even follow on from Uncharted 4's conclusion, and place Nathan in a similar Sully-like role going forward. This is a tribute to my man Marcus Fenix, and his damn tomatoes🍅 If you've played Gears of War 4, you know exactly what I'm talking about😜 The introduction to Old Man Marcus in Gears of War 4 was fantastic! The scene is made hilariously memorable due to the fact Marcus FREAKS out that the enemy are going to mess up his tomatoes😜 I've had this idea for a long time, but wasn't sure if I should post it🤔 But, I wanted to show some love to one of the funniest moments I've ever experienced in gaming. Have you ever played Rogue Legacy? I've posted about my love for Rogue Legacy before, but with the recent arrival of my @limitedrungames physical copy, I thought it was time to share it again😊 Every single time your character dies in Rogue Legacy, you will respawn as a new version of that character. Now you're probably saying, 'Um, every game does that when you die'. But that's simply not the case. When you return in Rogue Legacy your new playable character will have a unique trait. For instance, your character may be colour blind, suffer from dementia, or even gigantism. These traits can both be a positive and a negative to your experience, but each death will roll the dice and offer you a new set of traits to contend with. You may spawn as a character who is clumsy, so whenever you walk near a destructible object, it will automatically shatter. You may even be a hypochondriac, which means even the weakest hits can fell you in an instant. Honestly, the trait system in Rogue Legacy is fantastic, and I've never seen a game offer anything like it. Rogue Legacy is also a pleasure to play, and trying to best your previous run is always exhilarating. While the physical copy is only available on eBay now, the digital copy is still available.
