‘Enter the Gungeon’ Supply Drop Update Announced

Dodge Roll Games and Devolver Digital have announced that a new Enter the Gungeon update, called Supply Drop, is coming this Fall.

The Supply Drop update will add over a hundred new rooms, new weapons (such as a bullet that shoots guns that shoot bullets), companions, bosses and shrines.

Another major update for the rogue-lite dungeon crawler is planned after the Supply Drop update, as well as a full expansion early next year.

In a press release, Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker was quoted as saying, “Our research showed that the Enter the Gungeon community wanted three things – ever lasting life, rock hard abs, and more content for Enter the Gungeon. Great news nerds, we delivered on two of the three.”

According to the same press release, Enter the Gungeon sold over 600,000 copies in less than half a year (the author of this piece was one of those 600,000).

If you’re attending PAX this weekend, the Supply Drop update will be playable at PAX West Booth 2343.
