Microsoft has announced in it’s E3 conference that Gears of War 4, the latest in the Gears of War series is set to be introduced into the newly created Xbox Anywhere program.
The Xbox anywhere program is said to enable gamers to purchase games for Xbox or PC and have it playable on either platform, free of cost. It was also announced that Gears of War 4 will be crossplay, enabling Xbox and PC users to play together in all modes.
It was also revealed that an exclusive Gears of War 4 Xbox Elite controller is set to be released, featuring a unique colour palette. It was additionally revealed some gameplay footage for the upcoming shooter, featuring new weapons and an all new story. Check out Microsoft’s video on the exclusive Elite controller:

Gears of War 4 is being developed by The Coalition and is set to be released on October 11, 2016.
