Bethesda has announced that mods have finally come to Fallout 4 on Xbox One. This feature was announced when the game was revealed, and we always knew it would come to the game after release.
In a post on its website, Bethesda said Mods will be able to be directly downloaded and played from Fallout 4‘s main menu. It also said PlayStation 4 players can hope for Mods next month.
Mods can only be created on PC and must be uploaded to Bethesda’s online service called Bethesda.net, then they will be available for console gamers to use. Bethesda has released its Creation Kit as a free software download, through its Bethesda.net launcher, so you can create your own Mods on PC.
In other Fallout 4 news, the game’s latest downloadable content, Far Harbor, was recently released. Analog Addiction enjoyed the new content, you can find out why in our review.
We’d love to know what your favourite Fallout 4 mods are so far, sound off in the comments below or get in touch through social media.
