It looks like the next Call of Duty title will be called Infinite Warfare, and a “legacy” edition of the game will come with a remastered version of Modern Warfare (also known as Call of Duty 4).
The rumours began on April 26 from a leak on the US PlayStation Store on PlayStation 4, which showed a game called Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare at the top of the Trending section.
Then, on April 27, a post on Reddit showed an image of a reservation card from retailer Target, showing a November 4 release date, box art for Infinite Warfare, and a small banner saying that the Legacy Edition also includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.
Today, April 28, the rumour has been all but confirmed by the Call of Duty Twitter account, responding to a tweet from December 5, 2014, by Twitter user Angus Vanderslott with the use of emojis:

It doesn’t look like we’ll have to wait long for a reveal, with leaked retailer documents, posted by game critic Jim Sterling on Twitter, suggesting the next Call of Duty game will be revealed next Tuesday, May 3.
We know that the next Call of Duty game will be developed by Infinity Ward, the developer of the Modern Warfare trilogy of Call of Duty titles as Sledgehammer Games and Treyarch developed the last two Call of Duty titles, Advanced Warfare and Black Ops 3, respectively. The last Call of Duty game Infinity Ward developed was Call of Duty: Ghosts.
