Report: Batman Arkham HD Collection Releasing This Year

It appears that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Rocksteady Studios could be releasing a Batman Arkham HD Collection on June 10 called Batman: Return to Arkham.

The report comes via Eurogamer after a GameStop employee sent pictures to the website of the unannounced game. The email shows that Batman: Return to Arkham will include Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, with updated visuals optimised for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The email says the game can be pre-ordered from April 19, so we could see an announcement sometime today.

To further solidify the rumour, there is now a listing for “Batman: Return to Arkham – Arkham Asylum” on PEGI, the European ratings board.

Eurogamer requested comment from the publisher, Warner Bros., but has not yet received a response.

Interestingly, the WB Montreal developed Batman: Arkham Origins does not appear to be included in the collection.

Analog Addiction will be sure to tell you if Batman: Return to Arkham is officially confirmed.
