Electronic Arts has officially launched EA Sports NHL 16 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
“This year has been an incredible journey for the development team,” said Sean Ramjagsingh, Senior Producer, EA Sports NHL. “We’ve worked closer with our fans than ever before to truly understand what they wanted in this year’s game. The team is incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished with NHL 16 and we can’t wait for fans to get their hands on the finished product they helped shape.”
NHL 16 will feature 6 v. 6 Online Team Play, Online Couch Co-Op, or EASHL, which features a new player class system. Those seeking single player action can explore the new Be A Pro progression system that shapes who they will become in the NHL, while Be A GM introduces new management features, as well as single player offline seasons in Hocky Ultimate Team.
NHL 16 also features an all new On-Ice Visual Trailer and smarter Coach Feedback, to help new players and veterans build their skills on the ice.
Those players looking for their NHL fix on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 can purchase the EA Sports NHL Legacy Edition, bringing popular modes and gameplay from nine years of NHL hockey.
