If the year “20XX” does not ring any bells, you likely did not have many encounters with the “Blue Bomber” years ago. For those who do understand the importance of that year, the fact there is a game with that title should make you incredibly giddy. Being developed by Batterystaple Games, 20XX is a roguelike platforming game with a heavy basis in the realm of Mega Man X. Given the roguelike design, levels are procedurally generated and therefore, unlike the game’s inspiration, level memorization becomes impossible. 20XX is currently in Early Access on Steam, but will be releasing a beta on September 15, 2015. Included in the game will be over 100 collectibles and power-ups and a two player co-op option in addition to the single player mode.

As previously stated, 20XX will be releasing its beta via Steam on September 15, 2015.
