August’s Games With Gold Titles Announced

As July comes to a close, the newest batch of Games With Gold titles have been unveiled, letting Xbox Live Gold members get a preview of which titles will be available to them for free throughout August. Starting last month, the Xbox One titles took a twist in how they are made available, with one of the titles being free for the entire month, while the second runs from the 16th of one month until the 15th of the next month. With that being said, let us take a look at which titles are being offered next month on the Xbox One and Xbox 360.

For Xbox One owners, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (normally $19.99 USD) will be free for the entire month of August, while How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition (regularly $19.99 USD) will be available from August 16 until September 15. Keep in mind that So Many Me is currently available until August 15 on the Xbox One as well.

For Xbox 360 owners, anyone who has not yet played the fantastic novel-inspired Metro series is in luck. Metro 2033 (regularly $19.99 USD) is free from August 1 until the 15, at which point Metro: Last Light (normally $19.99 USD) will take its place being free for all Xbox Live Gold members.
