Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have announced Batgirl: A Matter of Family, the story add-on for Batman: Arkham Knight is now available for Season Pass holders on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
While non-Season Pass holders can purchase the Batgirl: A Matter of Family story add-on separately from July 22 for $10.14AUD. There is no word on when the add-on content will be available for the troubled PC version of Arkham Knight.
Batgirl: A Matter of Familyis set prior to the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and will allow players to play as Batgirl for the first time in the series. The story involves Joker kidnapping Commissioner Gordon, who is Barbara Gordon’s, aka Batgirl’s father. With the help of Robin, Batgirl must save her father from Joker’s sinister plot.
Warner Bros. Interactive also announced new Season Pass content which will be releasing in August. The 1989 Movie Batmobile Pack will allow players to utilise skins from Tim Burton’s 1989 cinematic Batman film for both Batman and his Batmobile, while the Bat-family Skins Pack will offer six unique skins from alternate timelines. These skins include 1990s Catwoman, One Year Later Robin, Arkham Origins Batman, Iconic Grey & Black Batman, 1970s Batman and the Original Arkham Nightwing.
