‘Cooking Mama’, ‘Gardening Mama’ Games Coming to 3DS This March

Nintendo has announced Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit! and Gardening Mama: Forest Friends will release for the Nintendo 3DS and 2DS in stores, and on the Nintendo eShop on March 7.

Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit! will feature over 60 recipes, as well as new modes that take place away from the kitchen such as ‘Let’s Help Mama!’ and ‘Let’s Help Harvest’, which feature a range of mini game challenges to test your skills and reflexes.

Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit! will also feature Download Play functionality, allowing between two and four players to play using one copy of the game (though multiple handhelds will be required), to compete against one another in 15 mini games that are unlocked from the start. Exclusive items will also be available via SpotPass.

On the other hands Gardening Mama: Forest Friends allows players to utilise the 3DS stylus to grow more than 50 different plans whilst using an array of gardening tools.

Your newly grown crops can be delivered to six different shops that will rise in ranks when your items are sold, which will then offer special tickets that can be spent on over 100 decorative items. Players can expand their garden with new seeds, bulbs and trees, while also customising their own garden. Gardening Mama: Forest Friends will also feature exclusive items for your garden over SpotPass.

Both Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit! and Gardening Mama: Forest Friends will release for the Nintendo 3DS and 2DS on March 7.
