Nintendo has announced Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will release exclusively on the New 3DS on April 2.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will feature new 3D visuals, a bonus mode allowing character models to be viewed in 3D and extra information included on the bottom screen. Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will only work on the New 3DS, as previous 3DS handhelds do not possess the CPU capabilities to run the software.
Monster Games will be behind the Xenoblade Chronicles 3D release, following the studios work with porting Donkey Kong Country Returns to the 3DS in 2013.
Last year it was revealed that Xenoblade Chronicles 3D would be getting a Japanese release, though no western release was scheduled at the time.
