‘Bloodborne’ Receives Japanese Release Date

The Japanese release date for the PlayStation 4 exclusive title Bloodborne has been revealed. The spiritual successor to Dark Souls and Demon Souls will launch February 5.

The announcement was made during Sony’s pre-TGS conference in Japan. No date was revealed for the western release of Bloodborne, but it was revealed at Gamescom that Bloodborne would be available within “the next six months” and was slated for a 2015 release. There has been no clarification if this statement only applied to the Japanese release, but we will update you when we hear more regarding Bloodborne’s western launch.

Originally revealed at E3 earlier this year, Bloodborne is being developed by From Software with assistance from Studio Japan.
