Far Cry 4 Creative director, Alex Hutchinson, has revealed new gameplay from the upcoming third person shooter, as well as detailing The Keys to Kyrat feature during Sony’s Gamescom press event. Keys to Kyrat will allow players to play Far Cry 4 with their friends even if they don’t own the game.
The new gameplay showcased a variety of locales, such as snowy mountain tops and vast and colourful terrain. We were also given a glimpse at some stealth mechanics, and the cross bow in action.
Hutchinson also gave us further details on the previously revealed ability to play Far Cry 4 with friends who don’t own the game on PlayStation 4. Players will be given 10 keys they can give to friends in order to allow them to join their experience, playing Far Cry 4 cooperatively. These keys will allow players to join you for two hours.
Far Cry 4 will release November 20 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
