‘Assassin’s Creed Unity’ CGI Trailer, Figurine, Novel Revealed

Ubisoft has released a new CGI trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity, showcasing a new female character who is central to the Assassin’s Creed Unity’s plot.

The new character’s name is Elise, who we meet during the new trailer in a somewhat dangerous predicament. Elise is an independent young noblewoman, who is determined to secure her place in the Templar order during the French Revolution. Ubisoft has stated “Her quest leads her to cross paths with Arno and establish an unlikely bond with him.”, with Arno Dorian being main protagonist in Assassin’s Creed Unity.

It was also announced Oliver Bowden would be writing a new novel, based on and titled Assassin’s Creed Unity, which will release in November. The new novel will be told from Elise’s perspective and follows her and Arno as “they are drawn into the centuries-old battle between the Assassins and the Templars”.

Finally, it was announced fans can order “Elise: The Fiery Templar”, which is a high quality figurine designed by Ubicollectibles, which will be released October 14. The figurine features Elise looking through her gun sights as she hides a sword behind her back, with the figure also being able to be assembled into a diorama with the “Arno: The Fearless Assassin” figurine. Fans who purchase the figurine will also be given additional digital content for Assassin’s Creed Unity, though it wasn’t revealed what this entailed.

Assassin’s Creed Unity will release worldwide on October 28 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
