E3 2014 – ‘The Order: 1886’ Release Date, Collector’s Edition Revealed

Sony has announced PlayStation 4 exclusive The Order: 1886 will be released on February 20, 2015. This news came after its E3 Press Conference, in which it debuted five minutes of unseen gameplay footage. Additionally, three Collector’s Editions have also been revealed.

The European Collector’s Edition will come with a special black casing and contains a replica pendant of the blackwater vial, worn by Knights of The Order. It also comes with woven coat of arms patches, concept art postcards, an official soundtrack, behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the game. And there is exclusive digital content called Knight’s Arsenal which includes alternate outfits for Galahad and some weapons.

Meanwhile, North Americans will have the choice of two versions. The Collector’s Edition features the same content as the European edition, except in replace of the replica pendant is a 7-inch ‘Galahad Under Fire’ statue. Further, the “special black casing” and patches are replaced by stickers and a steelbook case. It will cost $79.99.

The second option is a more expensive $149.99 Premium Edition. It will include a 13-inch ‘The Endless Duel’ statue, steelbook, art book, pendant, collector’s box, Knight’s Arsenal DLC, soundtrack and behind-the-scenes footage.

If you just want to pre-order a standard edition, you will get the Knight’s Arsenal DLC.
