Microsoft Studios and Crytek have announced a public Beta for the Xbox 360 version of Warface, which launches today. 360 gamers can now start experiencing the free-to-play first-person-shooter – which includes both co-operative and competitive modes – with Warface‘s official launch scheduled for this autumn.
Warface Xbox 360 Edition is built on Crytek’s famous CryEngine, and sees Warface forces battle against the ruthless Blackwood military in a near-future setting. The Beta includes the Rifleman, Medic, Engineer, and Sniper classes. After the game’s official launch, gamers can expect daily updates, which include co-operative campaign missions, new maps, weaponry, boosts and more.
