SEGA: “We have some fantastic developments for Wii U”

Aliens - Colonial Marines

Even if both the publisher, and the developer of ‘Aliens: Colonial Marines’ praised the Wii U version of the said title, even going as far as to say that it would be the best of all four, Nintendo’s console never saw its release. Even so, SEGA suggests that Nintendo fans shouldn’t be worried, because the publisher has other things planned for the platform.

Speaking to GameInformer, the publisher stated the following:

“We are constantly looking at all areas of our business and in this case have made the decision to not continue development of the Wii U version. Rest assured that we have some fantastic developments for Wii U in the pipeline which we will announce at a later date.”
