If you are one of the unlucky buyers of the recently released ‘SimCity’, know that your frustration and constant fighting with the game’s servers won’t go unnoticed, as you will be rewarded with one title from EA’s recent catalog of games.
If players register a copy of ‘SimCity’ by March 25th, they can obtain, free of charge, a title from a collection of 8 games published by EA. This is, of course, a way to apologise for ‘SimCity’s not so successful launch. In a recent blog post, the creator of ‘SimCity’, Maxis, stated the following:
“At Maxis, our studio values dictate that we innovate and create something that is quirky, complex and challenging. Sometimes this bites us in the butt, but our servers are green and we’re seeing record numbers of players all online and having a great time.”
Here’s the full list:
- Battlefield 3 (Standard Edition)
- Bejeweled 3
- Dead Space 3 (Standard Edition)
- Mass Effect 3 (Standard Edition)
- Medal of Honor Warfighter (Standard Edition)
- Need For Speed Most Wanted (Standard Edition)
- Plants vs. Zombies
- SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition
Oh look, a ‘SimCity’ game which can be played offline; what do you know…
